ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Federal prosecutors say two upstate New York men have pleaded guilty to pornography charges.
They say 49-year-old Edward "Skip" Dean of Dundee has admitted to producing child pornography and transporting a minor across state lines for sex.
He's jailed pending sentencing Dec. 6 and could face at least 15 years to life in prison.
In another case, prosecutors say 26-year-old Brandon Himko of Johnson City pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography, admitting he contacted a 16-year-old girl on Facebook, texted with her by cellphone and convinced her to send him sexually explicit images.
A registered sex offender, he's in jail pending sentencing Dec. 7. Prosecutors said Thursday that under a plea agreement, he could face 35 years in prison.
