Man arrested for allegedly burglarizing Washington Avenue business

ALBANY, NY – Albany Police arrested a man on Friday for allegedly burglarizing a Washington Avenue business in July.

The burglary incident happened on July 31 at Drey's This N That located at 230 Washington Avenue.

Police say 44-year-old Ronnie Mitchell, of Columbia Street, allegedly smashed out the business' front window then entered and stole clothing.

Mitchell was arrested on Friday following an investigation by detectives. He was charged with Burglary 3^rd, Criminal Mischief 2^nd, and Petit Larceny. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
