SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - Elizabeth J. Lorman was arrested on July 27th for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substances.
Lorman's residence within the Jefferson Terrace housing complex was a place of interest to the housing authority and the police department, as a possible location for alleged narcotics distribution and gang activity.
Lorman was arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Jail on $20,000.00 cash bail.
Lorman is to appear in City Court on July 31st.
