SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - UPDATE: Police in Saratoga Springs say a man found unconscious and unresponsive early Saturday morning is still in critical condition at Saratoga Hospital.
Police say around 3:24 a.m. 28-year-old Matthew Stedman was found down
on the ground, not breathing, at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Beekman Street in Saratoga Springs.
On Monday, the investigation sshows no foul play and police say it appears that
Stedman suffered a serious medical attack.
EMS arrived on scene, and along with officers began CPR and other lifesaving procedures before being transported to the hospital.
The Saratoga Springs Police Department and Stedman's family thanks friends for coming forward to piece together the events leading up to him being found.
