SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - Top jockey John Velazqez made his return to the Saratoga Race Course Wednesday afternoon

Velazquez has been cleared to return to racing after a spill last month at Churchill Downs, breaking his right collarbone.

happens to me. I just hope it doesn't happen that often. It's going to happen, it's part of our

back and ride races. I can't be scared."
