Annual motorcycle run raises awareness for homeless veterans

SCHENECTADY, NY – The annual motorcycle run from Schenectady to Albany's Veteran House was Saturday.

Motorcyclists joined the in the fifth annual run to raise awareness for homeless veterans.

Congressman Paul Tonko and Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings greeted the motorcycle riders at the veteran house.

According to state numbers there are fewer than 6,000 homeless veterans in New York State.
