SCHENECTADY, NY – A suspect
accused of fatally shooting a man outside a Schenectady bar in November 2011
has been arrested.
Police say 22-year-old
Rodney Davis, was arrested on a signed probably cause warrant for Murder 2nd
Degree, a Class A Felony.
The charges stem
from a fatal shooting that happened in front of Joe's Bar located at 1306 Fifth
Avenue. During the incident, three people were shot outside the bar around 5:15
a.m. Rashad Robinson, 23, of Schenectady, died from gunshot wounds and two
other individuals suffered non-fatal gunshot wounds to their extremities.
Davis is currently
in custody of the Baltimore Police Department as he waits to be handed over to
New York.
The investigation is
ongoing. Police say additional charges are expected.
