PITTSFIELD, Mass. - Pittsfield Police confirm with NEWS10 a 3-year-old girl reported missing Thursday has been located.

Capt. John Mullin, of Pittsfield Police, say that Amanda Babcock arrived at the Pittsfield District Court sometime Friday with 3-year-old Alexis Hodges.

Upon arrival, Babcock was served her probate order and custody of Alexis was turned over to authorities.

The missing child was reported due to a custody dispute between Alexis' father and Babcock, Mullin says.

Alexis is now in the care of her biological father.

Mullin says it is not clear about the status of Jeffrey Kucka, Babcock's boyfriend and the man police believed was traveling with the two.
