GLENVILLE, N.Y. - The Glenville Police Department has arrested a 52-year-old Burnt Hills man accused of sexually abusing a female victim who police say was 9-years-old at the time.
Police say following an investigation Michael D. Vinciguerra Sr., of Fruitwood Drive, has been charged with one count of Sexual Abuse 2nd-degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Vinciguerra is accused of abusing the victim known to him when she was 9-years-old, during November 2011. Police say the alleged abuse took place at his previous home located at Pine Ridge Trailer Park in Glenville.
Vinciguerra was arraigned in Glenville Town Court and remanded to the Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bail bond.
