GREENFIELD, NY –The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says a 72-year-old Fort Johnson man was killed when his motorcycle struck a tractor trailer Tuesday morning in Greenfield.
The Sheriff's Office says that Thomas Hall was killed around 11:30 a.m. when traveling eastbound on Middle Grove Road. He attempted to negotiate a curve when he crossed over into the westbound lane and struck a tractor trailer driven by Christopher Barss.
Hall sustained massive trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Middle Grove Road was closed for approximately four hours.
The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Middle Grove Fire Department.
