Responsibilities

  • Manage all engineering aspects of the technical facility including Studio, Editing systems and transmission of live/taped programs and events.
  • Evaluation and resolution of technical issues as they occur.
  • Perform required routing and configuration on Utah, Miranda and other digital and analog routing systems.
  • Perform routine system maintenance.
  • Perform system timing.
  • Provide play-out and data storage server maintenance and trouble shooting
  • Maintain all required logs and fill out all required forms.
  • Assists with documentation & maintaining documentation of engineering systems
  • Respond to engineering help tickets, pages and other client needs within the business as assigned
  • All other duties and job responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in broadcast facility maintenance.
  • Must possess good troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to design small systems as well as perform bench maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Crispin Automation, Ross Switchers and  GVG K2  Playour Servers
  • Proficient with computers and office software.
  • Willing to work the overnight shift, weekends, holidays, and shift work.
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
  • Must possess a positive can-do attitude working well within a team concept
