STOCKPORT, NY - At approximately 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Troopers from State Police Livingston stopped Anthony J. Scott IV, 25, of Columbiaville, for Failing to Use Designated Lane.
Troopers initiated a stop on ST-9 in Stockport and interviewed Scott in which they discovered Scott to be intoxicated and to be in possession of a small amount of marihuana.
He was transported to SP Livingston at which time he submitted to a breath test resulting in a .14% BAC. He was charged with DWI and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
