BOLTON, NY – The Warren County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on Thursday for allegedly setting a vehicle on fire in the parking lot of Neuffer's Deli.

An officer in the town of Bolton was notified at 3:29 a.m. about the vehicle fire in the parking lot, located on Lake Shore Drive. The officer responded and discovered a Toyota pick-up truck on fire in the northwest corner of the deli's parking lot.

The Bolton Landing Fire Department was contacted and extinguished the fire which destroyed the Neuffer's Deli truck.

Police reviewed surveillance video and determined that 26-year-old Andrew Quinn, of Ireland, was near the truck when the fire started.

Quinn is temporarily in the United States on a work visa issued in May 2012. He is currently living at an apartment in Bolton Landing.

Quinn was charged with one count of Arson 3rd Degree, a Class C Felony. He was arraigned in Bolton Town Court and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond. He is due to reappear in Bolton Town Court on July 18.
