CHESTER, NY - Warren County Sheriffs report a Chestertown man was arrested and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated late Saturday night on Atateka Drive in the Town of Chester as the result of a one car property damage accident.
Barry M. Johnson, age 25, was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated as the result of the investigation. Johnson submitted to a chemical breath test and was found to have a blood-alcohol content of 0.26 percent.
Johnson was released pending prosecution in the Chester Town Court at a later date.
The arrest was made by Sheriff's Patrol Officer Scott Phillips.
