HOOSICK FALLS, NY -- On June 30, five local Girl Scouts, their leaders, and ten family members had an amazing time and created memories for a lifetime when they attended the Tri-City Valley Cats Scout Night at "The Joe" (Joseph L. Bruno Stadium in Troy).
They enjoyed sky-box seating donated by UW Marx Construction Company, met and took photographs with Southpaw and Pappy, and danced to "YMCA" on the field after the seventh inning.
Following the game, the girls and several of their family members camped out overnight on the field and enjoyed an early morning breakfast with with scouts from all over the region.
The campers (scouts) were Cameran Amphlett, Karli Granger, Stella Granger, Ashlynn Sagendorf, and Abbie Watson, along with leaders and family members: Carrie, Ethan, and Allison Bisnett, Becky Watson, and Maura and Tristan Amphlett.
