Madelyn Thorne announces bid for 49th Senate District

SCHENECTADY, NY – Madelyn Thorne announced her candidacy for the 49^th Senate District in Schenectady on Sunday.

Thorne made the announcement at Proctors Theater with Congressman Paul Tonko, Legislature Chairwoman Judy Dagostino, and Mayor Gary McCarthy.

The new 49^th Senate District includes Eastern Schenectady County, Western Saratoga County, Hamilton County, Fulton County and the northern two-thirds of Herkimer County.
