CLAVERACK, NY - On Friday the New York State Police at Livingston arrested Joshua Tillinghast, 25, of 86 Peekskill Avenue, Springfield, MA, on a Felony Desertion Warrant issued by the United State Army.
Tillinghast was stopped for speeding on the Taconic State Parkway in the Town of Claverack and was found to be wanted for desertion.
He was brought down by Troopers to Fort Hamilton Brooklyn and turned over to the US Army Military Police for processing.
