Speed leads to DWI arrest

NEW BALTIMORE, NY - At approximately 10 p.m. on Friday, Troopers from State Police Albany observed a vehicle traveling 117 miles an hour on the New York State Thruway in the Town of New Baltimore, Greene County.

Upon stop the driver was found to have been intoxicated with a BAC of .10.

Diego A. Hurtado, 21 of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with Felony DWI, Operating a vehicle without an interlock device, Aggrevated Unlicensed Operation 1st and Criminal Impersonation 2nd degree.

He was arraigned before the Town of New Baltimore court and remanded to the Albany County Jail without bail.
