WATERFORD, N.Y. - Waterford police tell NEWS10 there has been another deadly ATV accident.
The call came in to authorities Thursday evening just before 7:30 p.m. They soon learned 32-year-old Peter Albert Casey, believed to be from Troy according to his last known address, had lost control of the ATV on Riberdy Farm Road in Waterford and struck a tree.
Police found Casey suffering with a head injury. It is believed speed and the fact that Casey was not wearing a helmet contributed to the massive head injury he sustained. It is believed he was killed on impact.
