Hiker rescued from Rotterdam's Plotter Kill Preserve

ROTTERDAM, N.Y. - Officials in Rotterdam rescued a hiker from the Plotter Kill Preserve Wednesday night.

Police say the rescue happened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday after 22-year-old Bryan Aho fell down an embankment of one of the nature trails.

Aho was taken to Ellis Hospital with minor injuries.

Police urge anyone hiking in the area to use extreme caution.
