Drunk driver crashes into Albany Motel 6

ALBANY, NY – A drunk driver crashed into a Motel 6 in Albany on Saturday night.

The accident happened at 9:20 p.m. at the Motel 6 located at 100 Watervliet Avenue.

Police say 36-year-old Raytice Spencer, of Albany, backed into the front lobby area of the motel.

Spencer's blood alcohol content level was .20 percent. He was charged with Aggravated DWI and Unlicensed Operator.

No injuries were reported.
