Speeding leads to Felony DWI charge

LIVINGTON, NY - State Police at Livingston on Thursday arrested Scott Sheak, age 39, of 48 County Route 14, Hudson, for Felony DWI.

Sheak was arrested after being stopped for going 85 MPH in a 55 MPH zone on State Route 82 in Livingston.

He was processed at SP Livingston and brought to the Town of Livingston Court and then remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
