SCOTIA, NY – Scotia Police have issued an arrest warrant for
the man involved in a domestic incident that caused Scotia-Glenville schools to
lock-out on Tuesday.
Jason S. Martin, 28, allegedly threatened his girlfriend
with a knife and made statements he would harm himself. The woman called 911
but Martin fled before officers arrived.

Martin but believed he was not in the area. Police did initiate an extensive
