CANAJOHARIE, NY – A Rotterdam man was arrested for crack
cocaine possession after a traffic stop in Canajoharie on Friday.
State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at
4:03 p.m. on the New York State Thruway in the Town of Canajoharie.
The operator of the vehicle, 35-year-old Jeremy Hill, was
found in possession of 5.9 grams of crack cocaine, hydrocodone pills, and a
small quantity of marijuana.
Hill was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned
and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on no bail pending
further court action.
