Police: Scotia woman had .35% BAC

FLORIDA, NY – A Scotia woman is accused of driving drunk on the Thruway in Montgomery County.

State Police were called to the Pattersonville service area in the Town of Florida after a car hit another car while trying to park.

Police say 50-year-old Nancy Dwyer had a blood alcohol level of .35%, more than four times the legal limit.

Dwyer is charged with Felony DWI.
