Vt. accepting applications for marijuana dispensaries

MONTPELIER, Vt. -- Vermont is now accepting applications for medical marijuana dispensaries. The Public Safety Commissioner today officially announcing the applications are available online and due on June 22.

There is a $2,500 application fee.

The rules include definitions of terms and identifying medical conditions for which the use of marijuana is authorized.

You can also find the proper procedures for certification, caregivers, and how to get ID cards.
