Police: Waterford teen sold pot to 12-year old

WATERFORD, N.Y. - The Waterford Town Police Department has arrested a 16-year-old who they say allegedly sold a quantity of marijuana to a 12-year-old juvenile.

Waterford Police say last Friday they arrested Brandon Simons, of 114 First Avenue in Waterford, and charged him with Felony Criminal Sale of Marijuana 2nd, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

He was arraigned in Waterford Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
