ALBANY, N.Y. - There is a statewide hotline in place right now for the prom and high school graduation season to help keep young drivers off the road if they've been drinking.
State officials have set up 1-866-UNDER21 to report underage drinking.
Those calls go to the State Police, who then forward them to the appropriate local agencies.
