ALBANY, NY – New charges are filed against the man accused of contaminating food in the Albany Medical Center cafeteria.

The US Attorney's Office indicted Martin Kimber with three chemical weapon violations and consumer product tampering.

Police say 59-year-old Martin Kimber, of Ulster County, spread mercury in the hospital's cafeteria because he was angry over having to pay for medical treatment.

The FBI believes Kimber, a retired pharmacist, may be responsible for four separate contamination incidents.
