COBLESKILL, N.Y. - New York State Police say a Cobleskill village attorney was arrested last Friday after an investigation revealed he was allegedly in possession of a stolen flat screen television.
Police say 57-year-old Lee Hartjen, of Grandview Drive, was arrested after a month-long investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Delaware County Sheriff's Office in which they discovered 51-year-old John Giakoumakis, of Barnerville Road in Cobleskill, stole a 60-inch flat screen television from a residence in Davenport and sold it to Hartjen.
On April 7th, the television was recovered from the residence of Hartjen in Cobleskill and he was subsequently charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
Giakoumakis was charged with Petit Larceny by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.
