LIVINGSTON, NY - On Friday, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Troopers from SP Livingston responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance at 3326 State Route 9, in the Town of Livingston.
As a result of the investigation, troopers arrested Richard W. Williams, 38, of 3326 Route 9, Livingston for Strangulation 2nd Degree/Obstruction of Breathing.
He was transported to SP Livingston for processing.
Mr. Williams was arraigned in the Town of Greenport Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail on $2500 cash/$5000 bond to reappear Thursday at 7 p.m., in the Town of Livingston Court.
