Man arrested for allegedly burglarizing Middle Granville store

MIDDLE GRANVILLE, NY – Washington County Sheriffs arrested a Middle Granville man on Monday for burglarizing the Chapman's General Store in April.

Sheriffs found Gary Parker, 43, in possession of numerous items that were reported stolen during a burglary at Chapman's General Store in Middle Granville on April 24.

Parker was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th, a Class E Felony. He was arraigned and remanded to the Washington County Jail with no bail. He was currently out on jail on a bond for burglary and larceny charges in the Village of Whitehall.

The burglary is still under investigation for possible additional charges.
