ALBANY, NY – New York State Senator Chuck Schumer spoke on Monday about
President Obama's visit to the Capital Region.
Schumer said the recent growth of nanotechnology in the area is one of the
reasons the president is stopping by. Schumer also said that the Capital Region
is one of the success stories in bringing new jobs to the area.
The senator will not be at Tuesday's event with the president due to a pending
vote on student loans in Washington.
