HUDSON, N.Y. - The City of Hudson Police Department reports the second suspect sought in the city hall burglary turned himself into police on Monday morning.

Chief Ellis Richardson says that 29-year-old Quinton Cross, of Hudson, was processed at the police department after turning himself in with his attorney at 8:55 a.m.

Cross is being charged with Burglary 3rd-degree. His arraignment is pending in Columbia County Court.

He is the second suspect to be arrested in the burglary that occurred at city hall on March 19th. 28-year-old Jamont McClendon, of Hudson, was arrested thanks to an anonymous tip on April 4th.

Police say the McClendon and Cross pried open the back door stealing less than $100 from the petty cash fund and attempted to pry open the office of the common council president but were unsuccessful.
