BERKSHIRE, MA - A former school employee from Berkshire County is accused of sexually assaulting three young girls while on school grounds.
The Berkshire County District Attorney says 36-year-old Scott Muir, of Stockbridge, pled not guilty to the rape of a child.
The sexual assaults allegedly happened while Muir was working as a social worker at the Stockbridge Plain School.
The three girls were between the ages of eight and ten when the rapes happened back in 2003, 2004, and 2005.
The Berkshire County DA believes there may be other victims out there and they should contact state police.
