Mayfield School District looks to close $2.3 million budget gap

MAYFIELD, N.Y. - The Mayfield Central School District is weighing options Monday as the district works to close a massive budget gap.

The Mayfield School District's Superintendent plans to present his budget recommendations to the school board during a budget workshop Monday evening at 5:30 p.m.

Oh the chopping block for the district are extracurricular activities, full-day kindergarten, along with several sports and music programs in order to close the $2.3 million budget gap.

Monday's budget workshop will be held at the high school.
