
RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - Police are looking for a driver in a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a woman who was pushing her husband in a wheelchair in Rutland.
Police say Deborah Campbell and her husband Robert were hit from behind by a car on Lincoln Avenue Tuesday night.
Police say the driver then fled the scene.
Campbell died from the impact of the crash. Her husband suffered minor injuries.
Rutland Police tell WCAX-TV that they are looking for a red or rust-colored car with unusual front-end damage.
