VICTORY, N.Y. - The New York State Police have arrested four people, including three juveniles, after an alleged assault in the Saratoga County village of Victory.
Police were alerted to the incident by the 20-year-old victim who suffered a concussion, lacerations to his left ear and right eye lid and a fractured right eye socket. Troopers from the Saratoga and Schuylerville

but not the actual assault. She is charged with 3 counts of Endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, Criminal nuisance in the 2nd-degree, a misdemeanor, and 1 Felony count of Tampering with physical evidence. She
