VICTORY, N.Y. - The New York State Police have arrested four people, including three juveniles, after an alleged assault in the Saratoga County village of Victory.
Police were alerted to the incident by the 20-year-old victim who suffered a concussion, lacerations to his left ear and right eye lid and a fractured right eye socket. Troopers from the Saratoga and Schuylerville
barracks investigated the alleged incident and were able to determine
that three males assaulted the victim at a Gates Avenue address in
Victory where he was staying.
Police arrested 16-year-old Brett Knorowski, of Schuylerville, 17-year-old Jake Maderic, of Victory Mills, and a third juvenile male. All three are charged with Assault 2nd-degree, a felony, and the juvenile was additionally charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
Troopers also determined in their investigation
that a fourth individual, 42-year-old Kimberly Nacy, was also involved with the incident
but not the actual assault. She is charged with 3 counts of Endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, Criminal nuisance in the 2nd-degree, a misdemeanor, and 1 Felony count of Tampering with physical evidence. She
was arraigned in the Town of Saratoga Court and remanded to the
Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing and other charges are pending.
