SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. - Parents in the South Glens Falls School District have the opportunity Tuesday night to let school officials know where they stand on proposed cuts to the school's art programs.
The district is holding an open meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Moreau Community Center so parents can share their concerns about the potential cuts, and share ideas on how to prevent program cuts. These ideas will then be presented to the school board during its meeting next week.
The South Glens Falls School District is working on closing a $2.1 million budget deficit.
