Former Boys and Girls Club Director in court

Posted:

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - A suspended program director with the Yates Village Boys and Girls Club is still waiting for a grand jury report on the abuse charges against him.

66-year-old Ralph Moore appeared in Schenectady City Court Tuesday morning, but a judge told him to return in two weeks with his attorney.

Moore faces charges in connection with an alleged sexual relationship he had with a 14-year-old girl in 2004.  Those charges include rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

A Schenectady County Grand Jury is still looking into whether there is evidence to move the felony case up to County Court.

Moore previously plead not guilty, but he refused to answer News10's questions as he left City Court.
