ALBANY, NY - Gas prices have hit the highest price ever for President's Day weekend, according to reports.
Experts say the national average may reach a record of $4.25 a gallon by late April and nearly $5.00 a gallon by Memorial Day.
In the Capital Region, the average is $3.82, which is up three cents in week and up 18 cents in a month.
With crude oil futures at $105 a barrel, their highest level in nine months, prices won't drop soon.
