Police: Queensbury man drove five times over legal limit

QUEENSBURY, NY - A Queensbury man was arrested on Sunday night for driving five times over the legal alcohol limit.

Warren County police pulled over a 1998 Dodge Ram pickup truck at approximately 11:35 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Caroline Street in Queensbury. Police say the driver did not use his turn signal.

Todd Cook, 37, was arrested with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony. Cook's BAC level was .36%.
