NEWS10 ABC: Albany, New York News, Weather, SportsOfficials investigating overnight structure fire in Kingsbury
KINGSBURY, N.Y. - The Kingsbury Fire Department tells NEWS10 there was an overnight structure fire in the Washington County town of Kingsbury.
Chief Nelson Chase says the structure fire occurred at 13 Kvale Lane around 1:00 a.m. on Monday. One woman was inside with her dog, but was able to get out safely.
Chase says the fire started in the garage, however the cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
No injuries were reported. Volunteers from the American Red Cross
provided financial assistance for temporary lodging, food and clothing to the victim.
Officials were on the scene investigating the fire throughout the morning.
