BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - The top ticket price to see President Barack Obama in Vermont next month is $30,800.
The Burlington Free Press reports that amount covers a fundraiser at the Sheraton hotel in South Burlington for two, complete with luncheon, a reception, and a presidential photo op. The hotel is hosting two fundraisers.
Admission to a rally costs $100.
Obama is stopping in Burlington on Friday, March 30, to attend campaign events, the first visit by a sitting president to the state since Bill Clinton's in 1995.
It's not clear whether Obama will attend other events while he's in Vermont.
First lady Michelle Obama visited the state in June to thank military members and their families for their service. She also attended a fundraising dinner.
