WILTON, NY - State police have ticketed a mother who was driving in the fatal Saratoga County crash Friday that killed her 11-year-old son.
39-year-old Shiho Price of Castleton was ticketed for failure to keep right and driving an unreasonable speed. She was behind the wheel of a minivan on Corinth Mountain Road in Wilton shortly after 4:00 p.m. Police say she was traveling eastbound and crossed the double yellow
line, into the westbound lane, striking a westbound pickup truck head on.
Price's 11-year-old son, James Eggleston, who was in the back seat was killed.
There were three other children in the van. Police say a three-year-old in the vehicle has life threatening injuries and is being treated at Albany Medical Center.
