East Greenbush police asking for help in finding missing teen

EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. - Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing East Greenbush teenager.

16-year-old Hannah Smith was last seen at her home around 1:00 a.m. Sunday morning. It is believed Smith may have been in route to either New York City or New Jersey.

Smith's parents and friends have been interviewed by police but there is no additional information about her whereabouts.

She is described as 5'5'' and 115 lbs. with brown hair and green eyes.
