Gloversville man arrested for sexual offense

GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. - The Gloversville Police Department arrested a 32-year-old man after it was discovered he was having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female over the summer.

Michael Kelly, of 33 East Pine Street in in Gloversville, was arrested on Friday and charged with Rape 3rd-degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

He was remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
