GREENWICH, N.Y. - NEWS10 ABC has learned that Greenwich School Superintendent Matthias Donnelly and the district's former elementary school principal, Benjamin Pisani, will face misdemeanor charges Thursday for their handling of child sexual abuse allegations against a teacher.

The charges surround Greenwich Elementary School art teacher Eric McHenry.

McHenry, who is also on paid administrative leave since his arrest last March, has been charged with inappropriately touching three of his female students who at the time were between the ages of 8 and 12.

Pisani, who is now a principal in the Hudson Falls School District, is not facing any disciplinary action at this time.

NEWS10 ABC's Anya Tucker will be in court on Thursday when the two school administrators face the judge.
