GLENS FALLS, N.Y. - A Glens Falls dance teacher was found guilty by a Warren County jury on Monday of sexually abusing one of his young male students.
49-year-old Timothy McGuire, the 30 year owner of McGuire Dance Center, was found guilty on all counts for molesting a 6-year-old male student for over nine years.
Six other former students have also come forward saying they were molested by McGuire, but New York's Statute of Limitations has expired on those allegations.
McGuire was guilty on both charges, Sexual Conduct against a child, a felony, and Sexual Abuse, a misdemeanor.
He faces up to seven years in prison when sentenced on November 30.
