GLENS FALLS, N.Y. - The jury has been seated in the case of a Glens Falls dance teacher accused of sexually assaulting a student.
49-year-old Timothy McGuire has been indicted on charges of repeatedly sexually abusing a young male student for as long as eight years.
The first witness took the stand aganist McGuire took the stand on Tuesday.
Prosecutors say they have heard from four other men who claim they also were victimized as children by McGuire.
McGuire faces a felony charge of course of sexual conduct against a child and could be sentenced to seven years in prison if convicted.
He pled not guilty to the charges in April.
